LOST OR DAMAGED GOODS
Call UPS in your town immediately upon discovering the damage or loss. Do not continue unpacking. UPS will arrange for inspection.
OUTSIDE CONTINENTAL U.S.
Charges for merchandise shipped outside the continental U.S. vary based on destination and type of freight carrier. Call for more information.
SHORTAGE
If a shortage in shipment or incorrect merchandise is found in your shipment, contact your SCM salesperson within five days of your receipt of the order so that proper credit may be given. Please have your invoice number and invoice ship date ready. If you wish to return an item due to a mistake on our part, we will arrange for return shipment and pay the freight both ways, however, you must call for return instructions and authorization.
BACK ORDERS
We will back order (BO) items temporarily out of stock up to 30 days. We will notify you if your order will be delayed. |

RETURN POLICY
We have a 15 day return policy on systems and equipment with a 20% restocking fee.
The customer is
required to pay
the shipping on these returned items. The returned products must be unopened and unused
and packaged in the original packages. Any damage toe the product which occurs during return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Sorryno returns on videos, books, or artwork.

NOTE: We do not accept any returns for any reason after this 30 day period. Merchandise returned without proper authorization will not be accepted. |
